The Victorians were a sentimental bunch. Here we have a sweet example of this in this antique mourning pin, worn to remember a loved one. Braided hair of the beloved is encased in a compartment and surrounded by a double row of natural seed pearls. One pearl is missing and a few are damaged, but this is still a lovely, wearable brooch. Set in 10 karat yellow gold.
