Refund Policy

We offer store credit within 30 days of purchasing your item.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at 480-699-6639 or info@elitefj.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewelry is final sale
  • Clearance items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges
If you’d like something different, store credit can be applied toward any item in the showroom or online.
