Shipping policy

We offer free standard USPS economy shipping on all orders over $200.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout, including 2-day and overnight delivery. You may also request upgraded shipping via text/phone at 480-699-6639 or email at Ashley@elitefj.com.  

 

All orders are processed promptly. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

For security, signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value items. You may also request to have your package held at a carrier location for pickup.

Elite Fine Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
